Colorectal Cancer Modeling
The CISNET colorectal group is comprised of three grantees and a coordinating center grant. The models incorporate the adenoma-carcinoma sequence, as well as the potential multiplicity of polyps. The groups's interest focus on investigating the potential benefits and costs of different modalities and regimens of screening, as well as the impact of risk factor modification and treatment advances on population trends.
