Q: Who should I contact about the IT Training Facilitation service?
A: Contact the CIT Training Program – cittraining@mail.nih.gov or call 301-594-6248 and a member of the Training team will get in touch with you.
Q: How much does custom training cost?
A: Please contact the Training team for current custom training fees. Some additional charges that could be incurred are if ICs are interested in having the training take place in CIT Training classrooms
Q: What is Custom Training?
A: Custom Training is when a customer is interested in having training take place in their location or in the CIT Training facilities (see IT Training Facilitation) for already identified users. The class is not open to the rest of the NIH community and is thus a closed session. Contact the CIT Training Program for details on current courses that are able to be taught.
