Fit by Distribution
Lifetime Distributions via the Maximum Entropy Method

Fit by Discrete Exponentials
Discrete Exponentials via Maximum Likelihood

Welcome to the MemExp home page. MemExp analyzes kinetics data in terms of distributed and discrete lifetimes and provides graphical summaries of the results. It estimates the standard errors in the data and allows for several `priors' to be considered. By automating a series of fits by discrete exponentials, MemExp is particularly useful when analyzing data that are appropriately described by a large number of exponential phases. For more details and references, please read the documentation. You may also wish to read about other applications of maximum entropy.
