Database Hosting Services provide dedicated and shared database environments that are centrally supported in fully managed, 24x7 hosted environments available on multiple platforms with managed storage, backup services, and disaster recovery offerings.

Customer Benefits

Database Hosting provides a secure, SSAE 16 (formerly SAS 70) audited environment that includes installation, patching, monitoring, backup, and a dedicated customer coordinator. It offers Oracle RDBMS and Oracle Application Server on multiple Unix platforms, as well as MS SQL Server on the Windows platform.

Customer Market

This service is available to all NIH customers and to customers of other Government Agencies.
