* Consumer Action Handbook (CAH)

The Consumer Action Handbook is a free publication that includes general advice on shopping for goods or services. The CAH provides tips on:

  • Being a savvy consumer
  • Filing a complaint
  • Finding informational resources
  • Finding consumer assistance agencies

The Handbook also includes addresses, telephone numbers, and websites for filing consumer complaints with consumer organizations, corporations, trade associations, the Better Business Bureau, and government agencies.
