USCIS Transformation Prototype

USCIS is developing a simplified, Web-based system that will allow customers to submit and track their applications online and enhance USCIS' ability to process cases with greater accuracy, security and timeliness. This example video shows how a customer will be able to set up an online account and submit a request to extend or change nonimmigrant status using the new system. The video also highlights the proposed design and key features of the new system.
