Public Comments


Filing Comments

The public and industry have the opportunity to comment upon Petitions for Rulemaking, Notices of Inquiry, Notices of Proposed Rulemaking, and Further Notices of Proposed Rulemaking. They also have the opportunity to file reply comments on the comments filed by other interested parties.

The ECFS User Manual is available for download in the Acrobat format. You have a choice of the complete manual or individual chapters for your use.

ULS Pleadings

Interested parties may submit petitions and informal objections (pleadings) regarding ULS applications or licenses. If there is a pleading regarding an application or license, the ULS Application and License Search results will display the type of pleading, the title of the pleading, and the date the pleading was submitted. You may also view the pleading (except for confidential pleadings).
