In accordance with the Administration’s Open Government Directive, issued December 8, 2009, all agencies are asked to post their Fiscal Year 2009 Annual FOIA Report to their agency website in Excel or other machine-readable format, as well as in the PDF or similar format traditionally used for posting agency Annual FOIA Reports.
