Department of State's Microscholarship program is a golden opportunity to learn not only English, but that they also learn about the United States and its values through their study of English. The Access Microscholarship Program will allow us to reach Mongolian youth who would not otherwise have the opportunity for advanced English study. In addition, it offers an excellent opportunity for the Embassy to contribute in regions beyond the capital, including the western Moslem area.
