NIH Consensus Development Conference: Diagnosing Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Planning Committee

The planning committee was composed of the conference panel chairperson, representatives from the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the Office of Disease Prevention, and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and representatives from other Federal entities. Additionally, recognized non-Federal key experts in the field were also invited to serve on the planning committee to accomplish the following six functions:

  1. Draft the conference questions.
  2. Draft the conference agenda.
  3. Nominate potential conference speakers.
  4. Nominate potential panel members.
  5. Title the conference.
  6. Set the conference date.
