This circular is issued to inform you that due to technical difficulties, a new toll free telephone number must be installed for use in the State of Pennsylvania. This circular also lists the current toll free telephone numbers to all regional offices.

We regret any inconvenience that this change may cause residents of Pennsylvania.

The effective date for the new toll free telephone number in Pennsylvania is March 1, 1980.
