Frequency of Updates

Data, including revisions, are updated daily during the business week. Financial statements are posted on a flow basis, and are updated if revisions are made by the reporting institutions. Each data flow is processed on a slightly different schedule.

Financial reports for U.S. Branches and Agencies of FBOs (FFIEC 002) and Bank Holding Companies that file the FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, and FR Y-9SP are the only reports available at this site. The Bank Holding Company Performance Report (BHCPR) is also provided.

Report of Assets and Liabilities of U.S. Branches and Agencies of Foreign Banks (FFIEC 002) is filed quarterly, as of the last day calendar day of March, June, September, and December.

• Financial data are available approximately 60 days after the end of the quarter.

Consolidated Financial Statements for Bank Holding Companies (FR Y-9C) reports, with $500 million or more in total assets, are generally available within 42 days after the end of the quarter (March 31, June 30, and September 30) and within 47 days after the end of December 31.

Parent Company Only Financial Statements for Large Bank Holding Companies (FR Y-9LP) reports are generally available within 47 days after the quarter-end date.

Parent Company Only Financial Statements for Small Bank Holding Companies (FR Y-9SP) reports, with less than $500 million in total assets, are generally available within 47 days after the end of the quarter (June 30 and December 31).

Bank Holding Company Performance Report (BHCPR) percentile ranks and peer group averages will fluctuate until BHCPR data are deemed final; once final, revisions will not be made.

• Performance Ratios (BHCPR data) for Bank Holding Companies are available approximately 75 days after the end of the quarter.

Quarterly Savings and Loan Holding Company (FR 2320) reports are generally available within 47 days after the quarter-end date.
