Availability
Wireless Priority Service (WPS) is available wherever
T-Mobile provides digital voice service on its GSM network. Please
note that when roaming, WPS functionality may be available on other
GSM WPS-enabled networks (for example AT&T). WPS functionality
is not available when roaming on GSM networks that are not WPS enabled
or in service areas not covered by intercarrier roaming agreements. In Canada, T-Mobile WPS callers will receive radio channel priority queuing by dialing *272 when roaming in Rogers Wireless service areas.

Service Requests
WPS is requested for T-Mobile users through the on-line
GETS-WPS Information Delivery Service (G-WIDS). See the Program
Information section on how to obtain a Point of Contact (POC) User
ID and password to access G-WIDS. The following information is needed
to complete the on-line WPS service request for T-Mobile users:
- Each User’s 10 Digit Cellular Telephone Number
- The appropriate T-Mobile Account Number. Accounts may have one
or more users. WPS charges will appear on this account.
Upon service activation an email is sent to the POC
and user advising that WPS has been activated. Users should make
a WPS test call when they are notified of service activation. If
the user is unable to complete the test call they should call the
user assistance number, located on the back of the GETS card. That
number is 1-800-818-4387 or 1-703-818-4387.
