Internship Program
The Internship Program replaced the Student Career Experience Program and Student Temporary Employment Program.
The Internship Program targets students enrolled in a wide variety of educational institutions from high school to graduate level.
Benefits include providing students with short or long-term internship opportunities, which allow for the exploration of a Federal career while being paid for the work performed.
Within 120 days of successful completion, some participants may be non-competitively converted to a permanent position or a term position lasting one to four years.
