The on-line Survey service can be used for presenting your survey questions and collecting respondents’ evaluations and answers. The client server or web-based presentation of your survey questions and the automated collection of responses can be used for any size audience or any type of survey event. CIT has designed on-line surveys for responses to many Administrative and Scientific type questions and topics, and training classes or special event evaluations.
Many groups across NIH have taken advantage of CIT’s on-line Survey services. This is a quick, easy, confidential, and cost effective method to gauge customer satisfaction, collect customer ratings and responses, or to collect comments on popular and pertinent topics.
We can provide survey questions to your audience and the responses will be completely anonymous. There will be no indication as to the responders identity. We can create the survey system with the ability to stop and re-start at the last question responded to, or with the requirement to complete all in one (1) session. We can also create your survey so that there is only 1 response from each responder, and the ability to control duplicate or multiple responses. If so desired, the CIT designed survey can also provide confirmation of a successful response submission through a generated email message to the submitter.
We can design the survey form to be launched from another web site or email, or we can create an entire site with design, content, and custom URL. The survey can present a customized look complete with your logo or agency header.
With proper validation, you can control what information must be submitted for a valid response. We can provide standard selections for the responder to choose from, such as radio buttons, checkboxes, or drop-down lists.
CIT/DECA will host the survey site on a secure server in the NIH computer room on campus. Our system will provide the business owner authenticated access to the survey response data for their additional search functions and reporting.
