The role of effective project management is taking on greater importance in the overall success of IT investments within the Federal government. This is primarily due to the establishment of higher standards for the management and performance of information technology investments by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Congress. Thus, to aid in the compliance with these new standards, the Custom Applications Branch now provides full project management consulting services. Our staff includes experienced and certified project management professionals who can provide innovative solutions for both long and short-term initiatives. CAB project managers can manage entire projects and/or programs utilizing best practice project management principles, methods, and techniques that can help assure that your IT investments achieve consistently successful outcomes that maximize alignment with business objectives and meet key cost, schedule and performance objectives.
