LHNCBC: Training - Graduate and Medical Students
Training for Graduate and Medical Students

Program Description

The goal of this program is to provide graduate students enrolled in MS, PhD and MD programs a research and collaboration experience at NLM. The Medical Informatics Training Program provides graduate and medical students an opportunity to participate in on-going medical informatics research under the tutelage of Lister Hill Center mentors. Participants work directly with leading medical informatics professionals, have access to on-site resources, and gain an in depth perspective of Lister Hill Center programs. Appointments may be held throughout the year. Training for Graduate and Medical Students is intended to complement the work students are completing at their home institutions. Recipients may receive a stipend which varies depending on research area and experience.
