WHAT'S NEW!

The second release of the Dietary Supplement Ingredient Database (DSID-2) was released in March 2012! This release provides for the first time, national estimates of the vitamin and mineral content of children.s multivitamin/mineral (MVM) dietary supplement products.

DSID-2 data for ingredients in adult MVMs replace the DSID-1 release data from April 2009. The adult MVM data previously released in DSID-1 have been updated for selected ingredients, especially the vitamin B-6 and thiamin estimates.
