Connect Data and Tools

What would you like to do?

Create, edit, control, deploy, and find common data elements (CDEs) to aggregate and manage data sets by using the cancer Data Standards Registry (caDSR).

Construct complex research workflows that can be located on different machines and queried/executed on the caGrid platform by using the Taverna Workbench.

Access data model mapping services and APIs that can be easily integrated with Integration Hub and other caGrid applications to share data by using caAdapter.

Link external applications to the Cancer Central Clinical Database (C3D) to view study participant status, load patient-related data during enrollment, and insert patient lab test results into the electronic case report forms of C3D studies by using Clinical Connector.

Search, retrieve, and combine microarray data (from caArray), imaging data (from the National Biomedical Imaging Archive), specimen data (from caTissue), and nanoparticle data (from caNanoLab) from across virtually any caGrid data service by using the biomedical research data manager, cancer Bench-to-Bedside (caB2B).
