Recruitment Activities
- Creation of protocol, principal investigator, and clinical program related information for posting on the recruitment website
- Creation of eLetters, customized per team, for delivery via email blasts
- Creation of quarterly eNewsletter, BethesdaTrials News, for delivery via email blasts
- 3 month study specific Google campaigns for teams requesting assistance with outreach (Contract staff will work with team to create appropriate keyword list)
- Use of social media such as Twitter, RSS feeds, and Facebook ads
- Creation of disease site specific brochures for use by study teams and advocacy groups

- Email list containing the email addresses of more than 18,000 HCPs and advocates nationwide
- Printed materials and other handouts
