Objectives

The seminar will focus on recent novel research to develop an overarching theory of multilevel evolution that encompasses the constitutive genome (GWAS, next generation sequencing), host and environmental risk and protective factors, and somatic evolution in the distal esophagus (TCGA and other changes).
