CMS issues a new manual every three months. Each edition represents the latest codes available as authorized by CMS.
When filling claims from:
- January 1 to March 31, 2013, you should use Version 19.0
- April 1 to June 30, 2013, you should use Version 19.1
- July 1 to September 30, 2013, you should use Version 19.2
- October 1 to December 31, 2013, you should use Version 19.3
