Its main purpose is to engage the children with entertaining and educational materials while their parents and caregivers check the proper installation and use of their child seats in a friendly "Chuggington-like" environment.

In other words, this toolkit helps you convert your child seat inspection station into a Chuggington Recreational Park for car seat safety, providing you with posters, stickers, an activity book, and more.

Campaign Background
Think Safe, Ride Safe, Be Safe! is a child transportation safety campaign from NHTSA and Ludorum, the producers of the Chuggington™ television series. The campaign provides parents and caregivers tools to help their children walk, bike, and ride safely. Additionally, Ludorum has granted permission to States and local community groups to reprint these materials through 2013.
