Deborah Kligman

Deborah Kligman serves as Director of the Data and Analytical Support Division in the Economics Department in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

In this capacity, Ms. Kligman is responsible for the management of the data resources, analytical information systems, and technologies that support economic research and analysis.

At the OCC since 1995, Ms. Kligman led the development of many of the Economics Department’s information systems that supported analysis of the condition of the national banking system and assessment of the impact of economic developments on banks. She has previously served as the Director of the Statistical and Industry Analysis Division and headed the Statistical Analysis unit in the OCC’s Economic Analysis Division.

She came to the OCC from the Office of Thrift Supervision, where she managed the financial information systems that supported the analysis of the condition of the thrift industry.

Ms. Kligman earned a bachelor of arts from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
