PLEASE NOTE: If you have received a delinquent debt notice from the U.S. Department of the Treasury indicating the consequences for non-repayment of your federal debt and are interested in discussing repayment options, please call our Debt Management Center toll free at (888) 826-3127 to speak with one of our representatives.

Overview

Welcome to Debt Management Services (DMS). As part of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service, our mission is to improve the quality of the federal government's financial management by increasing the collection of delinquent debt owed to the government by providing debt management services to all federal agencies, and by protecting the financial interests of the American taxpayer.
