Charts, Maps & Reports

  • Map Gallery
    Provides access to frequently-requested maps. The maps are pre-generated and are laid out to be printed on an 8 ½ by 11 inch page and can be easily saved.

  • Map Tool
    The HDW Map Tool allows users to generate customized maps, adding and removing map features such as grants and statistics information.

  • Quick Access Charts
    Display high-level summary information about HRSA's activities and can be used as a starting point for obtaining more detailed information. Charts are available at the National, State and County levels.

  • Quick Access Maps
    Provide interactive maps for on-screen viewing of focused sets of data relating to a particular HRSA service area, using map layers. Complete map images are presentation ready and printer ready at the National level.

  • Quick Access Reports
    Provide quick access to summary data relating to a particular HRSA service area and provide answers to most commonly asked questions in report format.

  • Report Tool
    Detailed data exploration and analysis. Can select, extract and save data to your own computer for further analysis.

About Congressional District Boundaries:
On January 3, 2013, the 113th Congress began its session. The Census Bureau released the geographies for the new districts on January 7, 2013. The HDW is updating its reference data with the new geographies. In the interim, HDW will use the 112th Congressional District boundaries, which may affect geoprocessing assignments. Read more >>
