Description 

Join us for our next social media workshop hosted by the Department of Transportation. They will present case studies from their agency on social media and accessibility. The Department of Labor's ePolicyWorks team will lead an in-depth discussion on accessibility obstacles and opportunities in government social media. You will also hear updates on federal-wide social media programs from GSA's Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies and other agencies.

GSA’s Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies is the nation's focal point for data, information and services offered by the federal government to citizens. In addition, we play a leadership role in identifying and applying new technologies to effective government operations and excellence in customer service in the government.
