October’s forum call featured GAO's Sarah Kaczmarek who showed us how she takes Web and social media performance metrics and creates interesting and meaningful reports for all levels of staff.

About the Presenter
Sarah Kaczmarek is an analyst in the Office of Public Affairs at the Government Accountability Office (GAO). She recently completed the two year professional development program, working on evaluations of various federal government programs. Sarah has maintained multiple internal websites for her agency and this is her first experience helping to improve the usability of the GAO’s public website.
