Biography
Mr. Carter is an employee of Kelly Scientific Services and works as a management analyst for the Epidemiology and Genomics Research Program's (EGRP) Office of the Associate Director. His responsibilities include a variety of grants-related and administrative projects, such as grants coding, tracking reports, database management, and assisting with logistics for scientific meetings and seminars.
Before joining EGRP, Mr. Carter was a Patient Referral Manager at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. In this capacity, he worked with databases and tracking systems and was also involved with the development of training materials, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
