From the South, take Route 220 to Athens, PA exit. Turn right at the STOP sign; turn left at the signal onto Elmira Street. The Sayre VA Clinic is located on the left side of the highway, 1537 Elmira St., just before the Burger King restaurant (approximately 1/3 mile).
From the North, Route 17, take the Route 220 South exit to the first exit (Sayre). Turn left at the STOP sign; turn right at the light signal unto Elmira St. Travel approximately two miles to 1537 Elmira Street (next to Burger King restaurant.)
