8(a) Partnership Agreement

Dear Agency Contracting Official:

The SBA is cognizant that the current Partnership Agreement granting 8(a) contracting authority to your agency will expire today, June 30, 2003.  The new agreements are almost ready and will be sent to you shortly.  Unfortunately, we have experienced some unforseen administrative delays.  Our intent is to get the new agreements to you as soon as they are cleared.  Until the new agreements are signed and in place, please continue to operate as usual concerning 8(a) contracting authority.
