Briefly:
Ron Durst is a senior economist in the Farm and Rural Household Well-being Branch of the Resource Economics Division (RED) at ERS. Long-term research interests include a wide range of topics relating to the effects of Federal tax policies on farm households and the rural economy.

Education:
Ron received an MS in agricultural economics and a law degree from West Virginia University. He also received an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University.
