Delay - NASS to Release 2011 Fruit Crops Agricultural Chemical Use Data on August 1

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) is delaying the 2011 Agricultural Chemical Use survey data for fruit crops by one week. The data will be published on August 1 at 3 p.m. instead of today, July 25 at 3p.m.


NASS gathered data for 23 fruit crops in 12 states during the fall of 2011.The information to be released includes on-farm pesticide use and pest management practices by producers of the surveyed fruit crops.
