The Corporate Mentoring Challenge (CMC) addresses America’s dropout crisis by encouraging and promoting corporate support of mentoring both locally and nationally. The CMC recognizes outstanding corporations from all over the country that have created, expanded or partnered on mentoring initiatives this year.
The Corporate Mentoring Challenge is sponsored by the White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships and the Corporation for National and Community Service in collaboration with MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership. This recognition challenges private corporations to create or expand an existing mentoring initiative within their companies to encourage employee participation in mentoring programs for youth in communities across the country.
