Passports, Reports of Birth Abroad, and Notarial Services:
We are open to the public from 0830-1200 Monday through Friday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Please select the appropriate “Make an Appointment” option to the right.

If your passport has been lost or stolen AND you can demonstrate an urgent need to travel, we will accept your application on a walk-in basis. You do not need to make an appointment, but you should come as early as possible between 0830 and 1030 Monday through Friday (except German and American holidays and the last Thursday of each month).  Please have your forms completed and all supporting documentation prepared.

Citizenship Claims, Citizenship Renunciations and Special Consular Services:
Please email us using the button on the right or call us at (030) 8305-1200 Monday through Thursday between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. (except German and American holidays and the last Thursday of each month).
