We are open to the public from 0830-1200 Monday through Friday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

If your passport has been lost or stolen AND you can demonstrate an urgent need to travel, we will accept your application on a walk-in basis. You do not need to make an appointment, but you should come as early as possible between 0830 and 1030 Monday through Friday (except German and American holidays and the last Thursday of each month). Please have your forms completed and all supporting documentation prepared.
