Provides staff oversight, management command and control, facility/installation management, support services, Installation and building security, affirmative action, equal opportunity and personnel management, productivity improvement, performance assessment, resource management, staff action process management, executive correspondence, protocol support, and special project support to the ARNG Directorate. Responsible for development and execution of initiatives that lead to effective information development/management and staff communication and interface in a secure and productive work environment. Primary advisor to the Director and Deputy Director, Army National Guard.
