Drawing and expanding upon the type-based foundation of Workplace Dynamics I, this interactive workshop uses presentations, exercises, and small group discussions to focus on the particular challenges of communication, different learning and teaching styles, and the different influencing and interaction styles you encounter in research groups and workgroups.  This is a practical and actionable follow-up to Workplace Dynamics I.

REQUIRED: You must have completed an MBTI Assessment and had your results interpreted, either through Workplace Dynamics I, an event in your IC, or with the OITE Career Services Center .  If you have not both completed the MBTI asssessment and had your results interpreted, please either attend Workplace Dynamics I on the Bethesda Campus on Jan 10 (see registration on this site) or make an appointment with the Career Services Center to have your results interpreted before attending this workshop.
