   SRN PLAINS WITH NWLY FLOW EXTENDING EWD ACROSS MUCH OF THE GULF
   COAST STATES. THIS WILL IMPEDE MOISTURE RETURN AND KEEP A COOL DRY
   AIRMASS IN PLACE ACROSS THE SRN U.S. FOR THIS REASON...THUNDERSTORMS
