About the Acquisition Performance Measurement Program(APMP)

The Acquisition Performance Measurement Program (APMP) is responsible for monitoring and analysis of National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Acquisition’s performance, staffing, workload, customer relationships, and collecting and reviewing Office of Acquistion Service Legal Agreements (SLAs).

Additionally APMP is also responsible with administering the Department of Health & Human Service’s Acquisition Balanced Scorecard program, developing acquisition performance improvement plans and the NIH acquisitions Emergency Management/Continuity of Operations Planning (EM/COOP). APMP also facilitates the communication of best practices in the Acquisition community.
