How to Change Your Mailing Address
You may update your contact information online at https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx. The editor cannot change addresses here.
Echoes is mailed using the address supplied by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service's Cleveland Center (DFAS-CL) and the U.S. Army Human Resources Command. For mobilization purposes, all retirees should report address or phone number changes to HRC-Ft. Knox as well as changes to your ability to serve (physical condition). When requesting a change by mail or fax, contact the appropriate center listed below. Make sure all written requests are signed and include your Social Security number.
