The NCI Mouse Proteomic Technologies initiative was designed to use animal models to develop and standardize technologies that help improve the accurate measurement of proteins and peptides linked to cancer processes. Both plasma and tissue samples from different models were analyzed by proteomics labs at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, the Institute for Systems Biology, and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. A major resource resulting from the initiative is a mouse biorepository that is available to all domestic investigators with biospecimens from the mouse models studied.
Remaining samples from this initiative are available to the research community through a public biorepository upon request and evaluation (Kelly-Spratt et al., J Proteome Res. 2008 Aug;7(8):3613-8).

You will be notified by if your request has been accepted; after access is approved, request(s) for samples may be submitted directly through the biorepository. Because this is a finite resource, the NCI may not be able to satisfy all requests for samples. The NCI reserves the right to deny requests that are deemed incompatible with the mission and goals of the NCI.
