Description
Participants in this course will be introduced to NBS Buyer-Contracts responsibilities using PRISM. Students will complete instructor-led and independent exercises in the NBS Training Environment to reinforce understanding. Each student will receive a reference guide for use in the workplace.
AUDIENCE:
This course is mandatory for all prospective NBS Buyers (Contracts).

- Create a Prism Advance Procurement Plan ( APP )
- Create a Prism Milestone Plan
- Create solicitations and synopsize to FedBizOpps
- Create and modify contracts
- Identify vendor requirements and payment history
