Removed a statute that became effective on 6/28/2000 (N.J. Rev. Stat. § 40:48-1.2), because it is outside the scope of APIS coverage. The statute merely authorizes local governments to prohibit underage consumption and possession on private property, but does not eliminate the Private Location exception on a state-wide basis. The corrected coding also eliminated exceptions from 6/28/2000 forward for parent/guardian consent and presence, legal age spouse, and other, as these exceptions apply only to ordinances that the 6/28/2000 law authorizes municipalities to enact. |
