Description	The College of Education offers both UW certificate and programs that lead to either initial certification or additional endorsements by Wyoming's Professional Teaching Standards Board (PTSB). PTSB certification is initial certification for teachers to be licensed in the state of Wyoming. PTSB endorsements are additional areas of teaching endorsement that are added to an initial teaching certificate. UW certificates lead to notations on UW transcripts and official UW certificates but do not lead to add-on PTSB endorsements (to teaching certificates) unless specifically stated.
