This is an interactive course designed to provide a solid foundation in key leadership competencies. Students will complete a self-assessment of their leadership skills, then master the basics of these leadership competencies: setting direction, aligning people, motivating and inspiring, leading teams, communicating, building relationships, facilitating ethical conduct, negotiating, and leading change

Cancellations/Refunds/No Shows Policy: If you must cancel, please provide written notification either through e-mail or fax as early as possible. To receive a full refund for a fee-based course, your cancellation notification must be received at least 10 business days prior to the course-start date. There are no refunds for cancellation notifications received after that time frame or for No-Shows. However, substitutions are permitted any time up to the course-start date.
