Community How to Guides on Underage Drinking Prevention [Manual]

This series of nine manuals was developed by the National Association of Governors' Highway Safety Representatives (NAGHSR) in cooperation with NHTSA, to assist community coalition members and prevention specialists with the fundamental components of planning and implementing a comprehensive prevention program targeting underage drinking. Topics addressed in the guides include coalition building, needs assessment and strategic planning, evaluation, prevention and education, underage enforcement, public policy, media relations, self-sufficiency and available resources. Each guide is brief, easy to use, and includes useful tools and additional resources. Full color, 8.5" x 11", 423 pages.
