Program Overview
This is an advanced technology course for examiners who may perform IT examinations at institutions that use a variety of mainframe security tools. The course will cover technologies such as MVS, RACF, and TopSecret security products.
Key Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participant will be able to:
- Explain basic concepts and terms dealing with mainframe computers.
- Explain how an audit of MVS security is conducted.
- Explain how an audit of ACF2 security is conducted.
- Explain how an audit of TopSecret security is conducted.
- Explain how an audit of CICS security is conducted.
- Explain how an audit of DB2 security is conducted.
- Explain how an audit of MQSeries security is conducted.
