Quiz: Helping the Military Child Cope

Military children experience additional stress and anxiety when a parent is deployed. The at-home parent has his or her own anxieties and concerns for the deployed partner but must still be a source of support for the children. It is vital for parents, caregivers, and families to get the support they need to foster a healthy environment and provide the necessary support to reduce their children’s stress and anxiety. How do you help your child cope?
