Miquel Sample-Jubilee is a Program Specialist in the Surveillance Research Program (SRP) within the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) at the National Cancer Institute. Ms. Jubilee received her undergraduate degree in Health Science and Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 1997.

Prior to joining SRP, Ms. Jubilee worked in the private sector for 15 years before transitioning to a federal position in August of 2006. Formerly a member of the Division of Extramural Support Activities (DEAS), she performed various tasks and at one time assumed dual roles as both an Extramural Support Assistant and Task Leader. In June of 2009, Ms. Jubilee was promoted to her current position.

Ms. Jubilee's primary role at SRP is to support the program's mission by providing administrative assistance with budget review, contract preparation, and logistical guidance for conferences and meetings. She is also a liaison between SRP and the DEAS Staff/Contractors for special tasks/assignments, office policies and procedures. Her research interests include diabetes, obesity and hypertension.
