Work/Life Telework

Telework.gov is the official website of the Federal Government's telework program. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) have established this interagency website to provide easy access to information on everything from guidance to agencies on implementing telework to training for employees.

Data Call

Under the Telework Enhancement Act of 2010, Public Law 111-292 (the Act), agencies are required to report telework data to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management on an annual basis. The Call for Telework Data (Call) provides an electronic form to facilitate systematic collection of agency telework data. Only designated points of contact have access to the Call, and through it, agencies report employee telework participation, program characteristics, and outcomes related to telework implementation. Results from the Call provide a large amount of the information reported to Congress in annual telework status reports.  To view the Status of Telework in the Federal Government reports, visit the Telework website.
